The fatigue testing machine is for air springs, testing the service life under simulated conditions, and fatigue testing is one of the methods for testing the performance of air springs.

Note: The fatigue test of the sleeve lobe air spring uses an additional test machine.

Technical Specifications

Our fatigue testing machine can be used for the testing of membrane and bladder air springs. It can be loaded with eight air springs at a time. The frequency is up to 3HZ and can be adjusted by the inverter. The machine is equipped with an HMI and the parameter setting is quite convenient.
