Rolling Lobe and Convoluted AS Bellows Builder

This builder is used for forming the rolling lobe and convoluted air spring bellows. What it does is to blow the inner sheet, the cord fabric, and the outer sheet into a rubber tube using an assembly drum. Then turning up the steel rim outside the rubber tube to make the air spring bellow. Our company's bellows builder can use two ends at the same time, and the efficiency is very high.
The design can easily switch the production of different products, and the efficiency is very high. It is especially suitable for the production needs of small batches and multiple varieties. It is truly a machine in hand and has nothing to worry about. The molding parameters are all set by the HMI. After setting the recipe, it is convenient to switch between different products.
At the same time, the spindle motor, the pressure roller motor, the rim positioning and the film fixed width are all controlled by the servo motor. The maximum capsule diameter is 230mm and the maximum length is 700mm.
